Our work

See what we can build.

Three sample builds: a heating company’s office, a home repair schedule, and the website that feeds it. Each shows what a build like it costs, how long it takes and which of your tools it connects to.

Made-up businesses, real screens. We’ve built for 99+ real businesses; their work stays private unless they say yes.

Questions. Straight answers.

Ask us anything else
Are these real businesses?

No. Birchline and Alder are businesses we made up to show how we design. The screens are real designs we made; the companies, people and numbers in them are not.

Have you built for real businesses?

Yes, for 99+ of them. Client projects hold their own customers’ details, so we show one only with that client’s written permission.

Can I get one like these?

Yes. We’d start from what you see here and build it around how your business runs. After a short call, you get a fixed price in writing within 48 hours.

Will it work with the tools I already use?

We connect to QuickBooks Online, Square, Stripe, Shopify, Google Calendar and Gmail or Outlook. Using something else? We check it before we quote, so it’s never a surprise.

What would a build like Birchline cost?

About $18,000–$40,000 over 10–16 weeks for the whole office. Most owners start with one part, like customers and invoices, for $6,000–$18,000 in 6–10 weeks, and add the rest once it’s working.

Who looks after it once it’s live?

We do, on a monthly plan priced in your quote: fixes, updates and small changes, reported to you in writing every month.
