Why we started.
Many small businesses keep customers in one tool, invoices in another and the books somewhere else, so the same details get typed in over and over. We started Site & Stack in 2022 to build software around how each business already runs.
The rules we work by.
Start where it hurts most.
We begin with the problem that costs you the most time, like your schedule or your invoices. More can follow once that part is working.
Check before we promise.
If you want a tool like QuickBooks, Square, Housecall Pro or your calendar connected, we check that it can connect before it goes in your quote.
Keep it plain.
We use everyday words when we talk and write to you. Your quote lists what you get, the price and the dates in plain English.

What do you need from me?
A short call to learn how you work. What you provide is agreed before work begins.
Can you improve what I already have?
Yes. We review your current website or software first, then tell you what we can improve or support.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need built. After a short call, we send a fixed price within 48 hours, in writing. That price holds unless you ask for more.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the job. Your quote shows the dates for each step, and you get a written update every week.
What if I need to stop partway?
Tell us in writing and we stop. Your deposit covers the first stage of work. Past that, you pay only for the work done so far, and you keep everything we’ve built up to that point.
What if you shut down?
Your domain and the tools we connect are already in your name, and once the project is paid in full, the code and hosting can move to you. If we can’t finish a project, we refund the unfinished stage and hand over everything built so far.
