Your data is always yours. Once the project is paid in full, you own the custom code and designs we create, your domain and tool accounts stay in your name, and the hosting can move to you. If we ever part ways, you get a copy of your data and the setup notes.
Yes. What we build works in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. If your team needs an app on their home screen, we can build that too.
Yes. We’re based in Sacramento and work with owners across the US. Calls are Monday to Friday, 7 am to noon Pacific, which is 10 am to 3 pm Eastern.
A focused fix takes 1–2 weeks, a website 3–6 weeks, one business system 6–10 weeks and a full system 10–16 weeks. Your quote shows the dates for each step, and you get a written update every week.
You get 30 days of fixes and small changes, plus access, notes and a walkthrough. Ongoing care and new features can continue under a monthly plan, priced in your quote.
