Custom software development for small businesses.
When spreadsheets, texts and too many apps stop working, we build one system around how your business already runs: your schedule, customers, quotes, invoices and crew, in one place.
- Typical project
- $6,000–$18,000
- First version live
- 6–10 weeks
- Fixed price
- in writing within 48 hours

What we build. Pick the parts you need.
Scheduling & dispatch
Jobs on one calendar by crew. Your crews see their own jobs, and the office sees everything.
Customer list
Every customer, address, job and note in one place instead of five apps.
Quotes & invoices
A job becomes a quote, then an invoice, without anyone typing it twice.
Payments
Customers pay by card online, and each payment matches its invoice.
Crew phone app
Today’s jobs, addresses and notes on your crew’s phones.
Customer portal
Customers check a job, approve a quote and pay without calling you.
What it costs.
Typical projects and how long they take. After a short call, you get a fixed price in writing within 48 hours.
A focused fix
$750–$3,000
1–2 weeks
Connect two apps you already use, or add one report or form.
One business system
$6,000–$18,000
6–10 weeks
Like scheduling and invoicing for a crew of 5 to 10, connected to QuickBooks.
A full system
$18,000–$40,000
10–16 weeks
Customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, payments and a crew app, together.
How it connects. Your apps stay.
Your new system sits in the middle and passes work along to the apps you already use.
Step 1
Your website or phone
A customer asks for a job.
Step 2
Your system
It becomes a job on the schedule.
Step 3
Your crew’s phones
The crew sees it and marks it done.
Step 4
QuickBooks Online
The invoice lands in your books.
Step 5
Stripe or Square
Your customer pays by card.
Jobs can also show on Google Calendar, and confirmations go out by Gmail or Outlook. Using something else? We check it can connect before it goes in your quote.
What you get at the end. All of it yours.
Handed over to you
The code and designs
Yours once the project is paid in full.
Your data
Always yours. If we ever part ways, you get a full copy.
Plain-English notes
How it works and how to run it, written for owners, not programmers.
A walkthrough
We show your team how to use it at launch.
30 days of fixes
Bugs and small changes after launch, at no extra cost.
Your accounts
Your domain and the apps we connect stay in your name.
How it runs. Step by step, with weeks.
Weeks shown for one business system. A focused fix takes 1–2 weeks and a full system 10–16. You get a written update every week.
- Within 48 hours
After a short call, you get a fixed price in writing.
- Week 1
We map how your work flows and agree on the first version.
- Weeks 2–8
You try the screens as they come together, and we test with your real jobs.
- Weeks 6–10
Launch, a walkthrough for your team, then 30 days of fixes.
Questions. Straight answers.
Tell us what you have now and what needs to change. We reply within 24 hours.
Start a software projectDo I have to stop using my current apps?
No. We connect your system to the apps you keep: QuickBooks Online, Square, Stripe, Shopify, Google Calendar, Gmail or Outlook. For anything else, we check it can connect before it goes in your quote.
Can we start small?
Yes. Most owners start with the part that costs them the most time, like the schedule or invoices, and add more once it works.
What do you need from me?
A short call to walk us through your day, then a little time each week to try what we’ve built and tell us what to change. What you provide is agreed before work begins.
Who owns the software?
You do, once the project is paid in full: the custom code and designs we create. Your data is always yours. Open-source parts and paid apps keep their own licenses.
What happens after launch?
You get 30 days of fixes and small changes. After that, care and new features can continue on a monthly plan, priced in your quote.
