Birchline overview: website requests, crews on the road, invoices this week, calls booked, jobs done and a morning dispatch board

The problem.

Sound familiar?“The same job gets typed in three times.”

Birchline is a heating and cooling company we made up for this sample. Its problem is real and common: requests come in through the website, quotes live in one app, invoices in another and the books in a third. So the same job gets typed in three times, and things slip between them.

We designed one system for the whole office. A job is typed in once, at the first request, and every screen after that (the quote, the crew’s day, the invoice and the payment) uses the same details.

Tap through it.

6 screens, one customer. Pick a screen to see it here, or open it full size to read the details.

How we’d build it for you.

Most owners start with one part and add the rest once it’s working. After a short call, you get a fixed price in writing within 48 hours.

  1. First

Customers, quotes and invoices, with invoices going to QuickBooks Online. Usually 6–10 weeks.

  2. Next

The dispatch board, so every crew’s day comes from the same jobs.

  3. Then

The payment page and the money view, once the first parts are working.

What you get at the end
