This policy explains how Site & Stack, the independent studio operated by Riazul Islam, handles information collected through this website.

What you share with us

The project inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional company or website, selected service, optional budget, and message. We use this information to review your request and respond about your project. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

How information is stored

Inquiries are stored on our hosting infrastructure, with access restricted to the studio operator. We retain inquiries while discussing or providing services, and normally delete inactive inquiries within 12 months unless records must be retained for an ongoing engagement or legal obligation.

Hosting and security

Hostinger provides our hosting and Cloudflare provides network protection and content delivery. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, and browser information to deliver and protect the website. Infrastructure and processing may be located outside your country, including outside the United States.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Cloudflare may use security-related mechanisms when needed to protect the site. Inquiry submission does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only where needed to operate the website, provide requested services, or meet a legal requirement. Any additional tools needed for your project will be discussed as part of that engagement.

Access, correction, and deletion

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your inquiry information through the contact form. Select “Let’s figure it out” and include “Privacy request” in your message. We may need to verify that the request comes from the person concerned.

We may update this policy as the site or our services change. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
