The problem.
Sound familiar?“Website requests get copied into a spreadsheet by hand.”
Alder Home is a home repair company we made up for this sample. Its website brings in requests, but they land in an inbox and get copied into a spreadsheet by hand, so some wait days for a reply.
We designed the other half of the website: a schedule where each request arrives with its details already filled in, and the owner sees what’s new, what’s booked and what happens today. Plain labels, one screen, nothing that needs a manual.
The screen.

How we’d build it for you.
Most owners start with one part and add the rest once it’s working. After a short call, you get a fixed price in writing within 48 hours.
First
Requests from the website and the week’s schedule, with visits added to Google Calendar.
Next
Reminder emails to homeowners before each visit, sent from Gmail or Outlook.
Then
A sign-in for each team member, so everyone sees their own day.
